Heavy vehicle exemptions

To apply for a heavy vehicle exemption, you will need to:

1. fill in an application form (PDF 39.9 KB)
2. get a letter from your employer stating that a heavy vehicle licence is required for your current position
3. supply supporting documentation
4. take the above documentation to Service Tasmania or email driver.licensing@stategrowth.tas.gov.au.
