Applications must be submitted by an applicant who officially represents the body that is organising the event or promoting the cause.
You can apply to use the Tasman Bridge feature lighting up to six months before your proposed dates. You must submit your application at least 20 business days before your proposed dates to allow enough time to assess it.
You can apply to use the feature lighting for a maximum of one week at a time and we typically will only accept a maximum of one application per calendar year for the same event or cause.
Applications are considered on a first come, first served basis.
We will only approve applications for the solid colours featured on our available colour chart. Multiple colours, patterns and flashing lights are not permitted.
We encourage you to apply early to make sure you don’t miss out on your preferred dates. We also encourage you to check the list of current bookings below before submitting your application, to see if your preferred dates and colour are available.
