About the project
This project will upgrade three high use bus stops on the Brooker and Midland Highways to make them safer and more accessible for all users. The upgrades will also contribute to the aim of reducing traffic congestion by encouraging increased use of public transport.

The following upgrades will be made at each of the bus stops
- Brooker Highway northbound:
- a new concrete waiting area

- new kerb and drainage
- a new asphalt surface.
- Midland Highway northbound (near Bagdad Roadhouse)
- an extended waiting area
- a new ramp to replace the current staircase
- new handrails
- new textured ground markers to assist vision-impaired pedestrians.
- Midland Highway southbound (near East Bagdad Road)

- new textured ground markers to assist vision-impaired pedestrians.
